Life of a change

For casual contributors.

We encourage casual contributors to open GitHub pull requests to make changes.

1. Fork the repository you're working on

2. Push your changes to a branch

3. Send a pull request

Guides on pull requests:

4. Participate in code review

A frequent or core contributor will review your pull request. You may be asked to make changes to your pull request.

Pull requests must be approved by at least one frequent or core contributor. The approver is responsible for squashing and merging the pull request into the develop branch. Your change will land in the next release when the develop branch is merged into the stable branch.

5. Your pull request (hopefully) gets merged
